Conference Info

The conference will be held April 15-17, 2016 at the Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles Intl Airport, at 45425 Holiday Drive in Sterling VA. Please visit the Hotel link on this site for more details for booking reservations and receiving the group discount.

Registration for Friday and Saturday is $99.  Saturday only is $75. The banquet is $49.  All registrations include lunch and all day beverages. Last day to register on-line is Tuesday, April 5. Banquet tickets must be ordered by April 5 also. There may be a very limited amount of Banquet tickets available at the door but Banquet tickets or meal choices are not guaranteed.

Please consult the Agenda for a detailed list of forums, workshops and technical presentations that are scheduled to occur throughout the conference.

Conference proceedings (VHF_Super_Conference_CD_Table_of_Contents), both printed and digital form, will also be available after the event is over. Sign up for receiving one of these along with your registration for $20 or $5 respectively.

A microwave, loop yagi workshop will also be offered during the weekend. For an additional fee, understand how loop yagis work, how to adjust them and build one with guidance from W8ZN and K4MEP of Directive Systems and Engineering. Choose a band from 902 MHz to 3456 MHz. There will be FREE shuttle service to the Udvar-Hazy Air & Space Museum.

Friday, April 15:

Enjoy a day in Washington DC, riding in our own Private Bus Transportation to the Smithsonian Museums, National Mall, Botanic Gardens, and Capitol, All within walking distance of each other!

Leave Hotel — 9am
Museums Area — Drop off 10am
Museums  Area — Pickup 4pm
Return to Hotel — 5pm
